Arsenal have confirmed that club captain, Laurent Koscielny, has left to join Bordeaux.
Koscielny signs for the Ligue 1 side after making 353 appearances for the Gunners.
The Frenchman was part of Emirates FA Cup-winning squads in 2014, 2015 and 2017.
“We decided to sanction his move to Bordeaux once we agreed acceptable transfer terms.
“We thank Laurent for his contribution to the club and wish him all the best for the future.
“The transfer is subject to the completion of regulatory processes,” part of the club’s official statement read.
The 33-year-old underwent his medicals on Tuesday after a fee that could reach a maximum of €5million was agreed.
